Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at cs@finemod.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged items should be reported immediately upon delivery
