Refund policy

At FINEMOD, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The product must include original packaging and tags
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@finemod.com
 with your order details.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Product Condition: New and unused
Return Shipping: Free prepaid return label provided
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued accordingly.
